Run at Medellin - 6k trialrun Poblacion to Curva


Hi yoo! Running is one of my outdoor sport a good cardio exercise and most effective to lose weight. Check out this trial run in medellin where a good location, safe and scenic views awaits you. The road is smooth and its category for easy run  ideal for kids too.



A good run exercise should start with a good sleep.  Wake up time is 5am. Had a stretching and warm up. Starting point is from myhome to Hide-away in Tindog. You should never forget to bring a bottle of water as no store or drinking area. From most of time you see all  green, speaking of sugarcane, coconuts, bananas and mangoes.



The smooth road make your run easy only a few uphill and i know for sure you stop for photoshoot like we did the eye catching green green field of hope. The fresh air and the beauty of nature helps you relax. But wait if it feels you have to rest you rest, breath and drink water if needed.

I usually finished 5k at 30mins since im with a beginner in running i have to adjust my facing. I wanted to build a group of runners too in the area im just thinking about team-sports its good to run in a group, running alone is boring. :)

Im aiming to finished at hide-away the a resort owned by local government in Medellin located in Tindog. Not a luck this time, thats my target next time yoo.

I love running and its the most easiest access of most sports it just need your running shoes and a  good road to run. You might want to start in your own neighborhood.
